THERE IS A ONE-TIME FEE FOR ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS. THE FEE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND COMPLEXITY OF THE DESIGN.

If you provide a digitized file, in .DST or .EMB file formats you will not incur the one-time digitization fee.

Once your design is digitized you can re-order the same design as many times as you wish at no additional digitizing cost.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DIGITIZING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

A TURN-AROUND OF UP TO 6 TO 8 WEEKS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT SHOULD BE EXPECTED.
